These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of our WordPress template for photo booth operators (the "Template"). By purchasing or using the Template, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase. For questions, contact us at [email protected]

1. License and Usage

Single-Use License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for one website. You may customize the Template for your photo booth business, including editing all text, images, and layouts.

No Resale or Redistribution: The Template is for your personal or business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form, including as a standalone product or part of another product. Violation of this term may result in termination of your license.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Template, including design, code, and content, remain the property of WPBoothTemplate.com. You own the content you add to the Template.

2. Purchase and Payment

Pricing: The Template is available in two packages: DIY Package ($295) and Done For You Package ($795). Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Divi License (DIY Package): The DIY Package requires you to purchase your own Divi license ($89/year or $249/lifetime) to use the Template.

The Done For You Package includes licensing during customization.

Payment: We accept payments via [list methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal]. All transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.

3. Delivery and Access

DIY Package: After purchase, you’ll receive setup instructions via email. We’ll install the Template on your WordPress site within 2 business days, of receiving your hosting details.

Done For You Package: We’ll install and customize the Template within 7 business days of receiving your content (images, text, branding). You’ll receive one round of revisions to ensure satisfaction.

Access Issues: If you encounter issues accessing the Template, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll resolve them promptly.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Template, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the Template is delivered or installed.

Cancellation Before Delivery: If you cancel before delivery, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus a 10% processing fee.

Defective Product: If the Template is defective (e.g., cannot be installed), we’ll provide a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Support and Updates

DIY Package Support: You’ll receive a setup guide and access to training videos for customization. Divi support is available if you have your own Divi license (required for this package).

Done For You Package Support: We provide additional customization support, including one round of revisions, to ensure your site meets your needs.Updates: We may provide updates to the Template at our discretion, but we’re not obligated to do so. Updates are not guaranteed for third-party plugins (e.g., Divi, RankMath).

6. Intellectual Property

Template Content: All designs, code, and pre-installed content (e.g., placeholder text, images) are owned by WPBoothTemplate.com and licensed for your use under these terms. You may not reuse or distribute this content outside your website.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you add (e.g., photos, text), but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for customization (Done For You Package) and promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing your site as a case study).

7. Liability and Disclaimers

As-Is Product: The Template is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.Third-Party Plugins: We’re not responsible for the performance, updates, or support of third-party plugins (e.g., Divi, RankMath, WPForms), which are subject to their own terms.Liability Limitation: WPBoothTemplate.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Template, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Template.

8. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information during purchase and customization (e.g., hosting details, branding assets).

Compliance: You’re responsible for ensuring your use of the Template complies with local laws, including privacy and consumer protection regulations.

Hosting and Maintenance: You’re responsible for securing your own hosting, domain, and ongoing site maintenance (e.g., updates, backups).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, including reselling or redistributing the Template. Upon termination, you must cease using the Template and remove it from your website.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Bradford, or if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction in [insert jurisdiction, e.g., West Yorkshire]. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms
